ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Partner serves as the Growth Catalyst for the assigned region. This role is responsible for driving new business, closing expansion deals, and achieving annual revenue targets through the promotion of FranklinCovey’s Leader in Me—a world-recognized whole-school transformation process.

The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling skills, builds trusted relationships with school leaders, and ensures that every partnership is rooted in the Think Win-Win principle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas for new school partnerships and renewals.
• Maintain 100% CRM accuracy, ensuring all leads, opportunities, activities, and forecasts are timely and reliable.
• Meet weekly targets for prospecting, qualified sales meetings, proposal submissions, and pipeline progression.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with school principals and decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Present Leader in Me as a holistic, evidence-based school improvement solution encompassing leadership, culture, and academics.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership models.
• Negotiate contracts using a Think Win-Win approach, balancing client value with organizational sustainability.
• Execute the National Sales Strategy and adhere to all standards in the Sales Playbook, including pricing and discounting policies.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and GM Sales & Marketing to align sales activities with organizational priorities.
• Ensure seamless handovers to the Coach/Facilitator team post-deal to support successful program delivery.
• Participate actively in regional coordination, weekly sales meetings, and professional development sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields) from well reputed educational institution
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consultative or B2B sales (education sector preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage).
• Passion for education reform, leadership development, and school transformation.
